You can use RSL with just your phone — put it down somewhere safe and share your rig live with others at home or on the beach. Got a tracking watch? Then RSL automatically adds your GPS, speed and heart rate data to your logbook.

No watch needed Your phone alone is enough to share your rig live with the community. The screen can stay off while your session is running.

Tracking watch? Even more complete. Garmin or Apple Watch — via Garmin Connect or Apple Health, your session data flows into RSL automatically and gets linked to rig, wind and spot.
